Strength and Conditioning Sessions
The Strength and conditioning sessions will provide athletes precise training specific to baseball/softball that will maximize ones athletic potential with a goal to hit farther, throw harder and run faster. Areas of focus include movement training and drills which will increase power generated in ones swing, throwing motion, and running speed.
The sessions will be conducted by an individual with 10 plus years in certified weight training and nutrition with experience designing individualized training programs that include weight training, strength/conditioning, cardio training and plyometrics.
Sessions are offered in 1/2 or 1 hour time slots.
